thanks, Kari!

Brownies:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter softened
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup hersheys syrup or 1 10 oz can hersheys syrup
heat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan. beat all ingredients together. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. The top may appear still wet but should spring back when touched. Cool COMPLETELY!

Mint layer:
2 cups powered sugar
1/2 cup butter sofened
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon mint extract
3 drops green food coloring
Beat all ingredients until smooth and spread over 1st layer. The reason the brownie part has to cool all the way is so this layer doesn't melt. Put in the fridge again until both layers are cool.

Chocolate topping:
In a bowl put 6 tablespoons butter and 1 cup choco chips. Melt in microwave for 1 min and then mix together with a spoon. Pour over top of mint layer and make smooth with a butter knife or spatula, being very carefee not to mix!

My belly is aching for choco mint brownies...

I used to LOVE mint brownies. Then I got sick on them once and it's just never been the same.
